(Agent-to-agent) 12) Purchase Hazard Insurance. Contact utilities for “start-up” times. (Agent provides list.) 13) Perform final “walk through” of the home. (Agent will make appointment and be present.) 14) Go over HUD statement with agent. 15) Attend Closing. (This is usually at attorney’s office, attended by Buyers, Seller, and both agents.) |
