Buyer Agents Additional Info on Showing Our Listings

All of our listings offered in the Triad MLS will offer a cooperating compensation to licensed agents in NC between 2.5-3% of sales price.  If there is any discrepancy, that will be listed on this page (i.e., if there is a listing offering more or less than that range).
