Why work at ZGRE?

Commission

Simple, straightforward  commission structures.  80% minimum split.  No fluctuations - earnings are reassessed once a year, and you are locked into your commission rate for 12 months. Splits change in 5% increments from 80 to 95%.

Fees

There are none.  You will never have any fees with ZGRE.  Other companies charge E&O insurance, resource fees, desk fees, website fees - you name it, if they can think of a reason to charge their agents a fee, they usually do. 

Tools

ZGRE provides you the tools to succeed.  You get included E&O insurance, 50GB OneDrive cloud storage for files, business e-mails, business cards, custom webpage, etc. 

Compare

My experience working for a large firm for 12 years was that you will rarely earn more than 70% - even when you are a very high producing agent.  At ZGRE, you start out at a minimum of 80%, and you can never make less than that!  That's more hard-earned money for you & your family.

 

Requirements

• You must be a full broker.
• You must want to work from home or in your own office space.
• You must be self-sufficient and experienced.  
• You must maintain a production of at least 1 million in sales per year.
• You must be able to show a minimum sales record from the last 2 years of at least 1 million sales production per year or 5 or more closed transactions for each year.
